At Brixton Leather, we want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

You may return your wallet within 14 days of receiving your order if it is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Returns requested after the 14-day return period.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
